While we are investors in Microstrategy and believe strongly in its vision, we were amazed to watch MetaPlanet use the same methods in Japan to become the fastest growing company in Asia in the last two years. If you are unfamiliar with MetaPlanet, check out the video "Metaplanet" below.

We are taking these ideas and applying them to our region, Latin America. And we are harnessing the strengths of the region, such as major tax breaks in El Salvador for AI and Fintech companies and for no taxes on Bitcoin growth. Investors in our Series A1-A4 investment rounds benefit from the following:

  1. 1. Our company is already earning enough in video production to pay all employees, so no investment dollars will be used for compensation.
  2. 2. Our founders and employees have common stock that is locked for four years, so they are completely aligned with long-term growth.
  3. 3. Our early investors are all focused on long-term growth and most plan to hold the shares for 5 years or more.
  4. 4. All of the investment funds raised for Series A1-A3 will go to either buy Bitcoin or pay legal or registration fees in El Salvador such that we can tokenize the shares. The expectation is that 85% or more of the funds will go to buy Bitcoin, and this will be transparent to shareholders.
  5. 5. Investors in Series A1-A3 will end up as majority shareholders of the company.
